Most of the advice for health & fitness on twitter addresses symptoms & masks issues instead of addressing root cause.
You can see improvement but will become reliable on the “fix” which isn’t much of a fix.
Everything has a reason, search for that root cause & address it.
It’s quite amazing just how well exercise improves your mood & mental state.
Can’t even count the amount of times I’ve been in a bad mood or just generally apathetic, gotten a workout, & turned everything around.
Hardest part is just getting in there when you feel that way.
Substack has a search bar so instead of answering 1000 DM’s asking “do you have any programs or advice on xyz”, which I surely do, I will let you figure that out because it’s becoming groundhogs day over here.
